Auf Kengert in guide Alan Rogers "101 best campsites for nature lovers"
More than any other form of holiday, camping is closely linked with nature. Whether you trace the links back to primitive forms of camping, such as the Native Indians or even the Scout movement, all require an understanding of our natural surroundings and a dependence on it.
Today, for most people, the main appeal of a camping holiday is that link with nature – however it may manifest itself.
For the 2012 edition, Camping Auf Kengert is featured in this guide!

News 2011
Auf Kengert's homepage gets a QR Code :
Two-dimensional bar codes, called Quick Response codes are not new and were already invented
in 1994 by the Japanese company Denso Wave and originally developed for the logistics of automobile production.
Now, these codes seem to be rediscovered by the social media world. Thus, different information can be stored within the QR code,
such as Web addresses, and then the code is printed in magazines, newsletters or any other printed form.
Using an application on a browser-enabled mobile phone or I-phones, the code can then be captured and decoded,
and leads directly to the desired site without the hassle of retyping.
It can also store phone numbers, addresses or other information texts.
And since these QR codes are strong in marketing, now camping Auf Kengert has its own QR code that will be
printed in the future on all of our print media and you will be redirected to our site!
Give it a try right away: just print and scan the code with your phone or I-Phone!
